About Us

We are the Globetrotters, an Indian start up in the Healthcare Tourism industry.  We are dedicated to the idea that each patient is different with unique needs; and to the vision that when world-class medical care is combined with compassion, healthcare outcomes can be dramatically enhanced.

As leaders in Customized Medical Care, we offer a full range of outpatient and inpatient services, but with a difference.  We care deeply for the individual patient and the family that the patient leaves behind when he/she seeks health care in India.  As expats ourselves once in our lives and with expats on our advisory board, we know the challenges patients and families feel when they are time zones apart.

We can never be family but we aspire to supplement the family member that can’t always be around with the patient.  We promise to help plan and deliver the highest quality medical care to the patient in an ethical manner.   In Bangalore, for example, our medical advisory team has built relationships with the city’s best hospitals, doctors and care providers.

Please note that we don’t represent an Indian hospital or care provider nor do we take commissions from anyone.  We stand behind everything that we say.  Our services are 100% ethical and meet the highest standards of integrity in the medical tourism industry.

Our only goal is to provide maximum relief to the patient while regularly updating family members about the patient’s condition using modern tools. And while we are here to carry out your every ethical instruction, we can also provide our own medical counsel based on conditions on the ground at no additional cost.

Our care doesn’t end when the patient leaves the hospital campus, well recovered.  When patients wish to travel around the country that just cared for them, our travel team is ready.  Drawn from the airline, tourism and travel writer professions, we negotiate special rates to ensure that the patient has the best India travel experience possible.

In fact, our compassion doesn’t stop even after the patient leaves India for home.  Poverty in India is widespread, with the nation estimated to have a third of the world's poor.  We donate a percentage of revenues that we collect from each patient during his/her stay in India to local food banks and medical facilities - and do so in the name of the patient.

How It Works
If you are a patient or a family member that is seeking to get Customized Medical Care in India, please contact our office.

Our medical triage team will ask for recent medical reports to have them assessed.  Depending upon the condition of the patient, our team will consult our specialist advisory board of senior doctors in various fields (see next section for a complete list of our clinical specialty areas).  Complete confidentiality is maintained.

Within 24-48 hours, our response team will present a customized plan for the patient - from initial entry into India to final departure.  The plan will include details about the three best hospital options with our estimated cost; and a breakdown of our fees so that the family can choose whatever combination of services that is best for the patient.

Our plan is exhaustive because it also includes all the logistics surrounding care such as travel, stay, meals and even India sightseeing.
But not matter which treatment and travel option the patient chooses, our commitment to providing compassionate care throughout the process is complete.
