Subject to the above, you agree to submit yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore, India.

The Globetrotters reserves the right to revise this Policy at any time and will place any such amendments on this Website so that you will always know what information is gathered, how the same is used and the disclosure of the same to third parties.
