Membership Eligibility

Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Third Party Products / Services

You understand and agree that The Globetrotters does not endorse any of the products / services, the details of which have been provided in the Website (“Third Party Products / Services”). Any grievances in respect of any Third Party Products / Service shall be settled with the merchandiser / service provider alone and you agree to indemnify The Globetrotters as provided for in this User Agreement. You release and indemnify The Globetrotters and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions of the Third Party Service Providers and specifically waive any claims that you may have in this behalf under any applicable law. Notwithstanding its reasonable efforts in that behalf, The Globetrotters cannot control the actual services provided by the Third Party Service Providers, details of which are made available on the Website. Such termination will be without any liability to The Globetrotters. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. The Globetrotters shall be entitled to specifically enforce its rights and obligation under this User Agreement and shall be entitled to do everything necessary for carrying out the true intent and purpose of this User Agreement.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or rent Your Information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We view protection of your privacy as a very important community principle. You and Your Information are one of our most important assets. We store and process Your Information on computers that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles. If you object to your information being transferred or used in this way please do not use the Website.

Modification of the User Agreement / Privacy Policy

The Globetrotters may at any time modify this User Agreement or the Privacy Policy without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy at any given time on the Website.
